First, thank you.

Whether you were with us at Virtual LeaderCon or you've been reading my notes for years, you've heard me talk about Claridus. You know how much it means to me. I believe it's the most impactful thing we've done in our company’s history.

Here's where I could use your help.

Claridus is built for organizations, for whole groups of leaders. But sometimes the people who are excited about it (and I think that’s you) aren't the ones who decide what their organization invests in for its leaders.

But you probably know who is.

If you think Claridus could help the leaders in your organization, would you introduce it to the person who is responsible for developing leaders?

I've tried to make that easy. Below you'll find a few words you can use, a one-page overview to attach, and a short video you can point to.

You don't need to sell anything or have all the answers. If they ask something you can't answer, send them to me. That's my job, and I'm happy to do it.

I saw a demo of Claridus at Virtual LeaderCon last week. It's an AI leadership platform built on Kevin Eikenberry's work, and it adapts to who each leader actually is. Two leaders can bring it the same challenge and get different answers, because they're different people. I've attached the one-page overview. Kevin offered to talk with organizations that want to bring a real leadership challenge. He'll share what he sees underneath it, and then demo the tool too. I think this is worth an hour of your time.
